They may also try certain training programmes, workout guides or videos, none of which seem to deliver on what they promise. Unfortunately there are a lot of companies around these days which are more interested in making money than helping people get fit, hence seeing so many people without the success they desire. We agree it’s a sad truth. The good news however that is there are some good ones out there and with the right guidance you can achieve the body you want. Since you are already a motivated athlete you are already half way there.

Training for a better body, an improved physical appearance, is just like any other sport in that you must be specific. You wouldn’t expect to run a marathon or play competitive tennis without getting a specific coach, so why would getting the body you want be any different. It’s common sense really.

AA Lifestyle specialises in body transformations which means our sole purpose is helping our clients transform their body into exactly what they want. AT YOUR HOME

Training doesn’t have to take place in a gym, or even a studio for that matter. We can help you perform an effective and fun workout right in the comfort of your own home.

Using a combination of body weight exercises and portable equipment the workouts will be intense, fast paced and fun. If the weather is nice we can even venture outside making use of a garden or local park.

For our regular clients we are also able to offer sessions in our own private studio. Please ask for details.

GROUPS

If training alone is not for you then why not join one of our group sessions. Better yet, why not encourage a few of your friends to get a new lifestyle with you and start your own group.

From 2-10 people per group we can offer a workout in almost any suitable space or location.
