Stroller workouts are a fantastic fitness program that you can do with your baby. We include power walking, jogging, intervals training, strength and body toning exercises all with your stroller and your precious baby inside.

The training is specialty focused towards pre and post-natal woman and it is a great workout no matter what your current fitness level is.
