Postnatal Fitness Training
Don’t believe what you hear, immediately after pregnancy is an ideal time to get your body into shape. In fact we often see clients achieving much better results than before their pregnancy!
Obviously this is a very special time for women and so our approach is very much different for every individual. Our goal is to support you and your recovery, making you feel better and more energised to cope with your new life.
For post natal fitness and recovery programmes we ask that clients contact us first before booking any courses. We would prefer to discuss individual requirements with you to make sure that not too much stress or pressure is put on you.
